Sierra has been training dogs professionally since 2018. When she got her first dog as an adult, she began working with other established trainers to learn as much as she could about balanced dog training. Sierra has completed the NePoPo Silver and Gold School’s and is a certified Humane E Collar Trainer.
She currently runs a dog training school for Koru K9, and mentors new dog trainers to ensure trainers entering the field understand dog behavior and how dogs learn. Sierra specializes in aggressive behavior modification, pet obedience, and raising personal protection dogs.
Sierra’s main goal is to teach dog owners how to effectively communicate with their dogs so they can truly enjoy life together. Sierra started Beehaved Dog Training Co to help transform the lives of more dog owners and build a better life with her husband, daughter and dogs!

Our exclusive raise and train program commits to only two clients per year, providing intensive training for a minimum of 18 months. We do everything from finding the right dog for you, prioritizing your lifestyle throughout the training process and ensuring the dog transitions home to you seamlessly. We prioritize reliability and stability in all the personal protection dogs we train.
All of the Beehaved board and Train Programs focus on teaching essential commands, lasting behavior modification, and prioritize both environmental exposure and proper socialization. Private sessions address specific behavioral challenges and individual training goals in the comfort of your own home. These programs are perfect if you have 2-3 specific training goals or multiple dogs that all need training. Private 1:1 sessions are ideal for owners who have flexible schedules or work from home and know they can be consistent with the homework their trainer gives them.
