FAQ: Puppy Training
Question: How young should I start puppy training?
Answer: You can begin training as early as 8 weeks old. The earlier you start, the easier it is to shape healthy habits.
Question: Do you use positive reinforcement?
Answer: Yes, our puppy training emphasizes rewards, clarity, and structure—so your puppy learns in a motivating, safe environment
Question: What if my puppy is nervous or shy?
Answer: Our trainers are experienced in building confidence through gentle exposure and encouragement tailored to your puppy’s personality.
Question: How long does puppy training take?
Answer: Most programs range from 3–6 weeks depending on your goals and the training format (in-home vs. board & train) NOTE: Puppy training is just the beginning
Question: Will I be involved in the training?
Answer: Yes! We teach you how to reinforce everything your puppy learns, so the results last long after the sessions end.
Question: How young can I start socializing my puppy?
Answer: Your puppy can start socializing right away! The critical window for learning and exposure is between 2 and 6 months old, when puppies are most open to new experiences, people, and other dogs. Early, positive socialization during this period helps set the foundation for a confident, well-adjusted adult dog.
